Dr. Richter and his staff are all CPR trained and maintain the necessary continuing education credits required by the State Board of Dentistry.
Keeping up with current treatment is an absolute necessity in today’s modern dental office. In order to serve patients with the very best dentistry, we have the following technology at our finger tips:
• Complete computerization with monitors in each treatment room
• TV’s in treatment areas to reduce stress and enhance relaxation
• Digital radiography – without the use of film, the radiation exposure to patients is tremendously reduced. These x-rays can now be easily shared with other doctors and insurance companies over the internet. They offer very clear pictures and are instantaneously retrieved on the computer screen.
• Digital panorex and cephalometric x-rays (for orthodontics)
• Cerec dentistry CAP/CAM unit producing ceramic restorations in about 15 minutes
• High frequency ultrasonic scalers – this allows for a much more gentle tooth cleaning
• Electric headpiece – in addition to the air driven headpieces, these are much more quiet and have more torque
• Intra-oral and extra-oral cameras
• Handpiece driven endodontic files – this system cleans the internal tooth structure much more quickly and efficiently leading to many one visit root canals
