MORRISTOWN -- A local attorney who has been under consideration to be named municipal prosecutor was in court this week tending to his 20th drivers license suspension, according to a report in The Daily Record.

The report said Mayor Tim Dougherty is aware of Craig Gilgallon's driving history and will consider it if he chooses to move ahead with the prosecutor appointment. Gilgallon's appointment had been set aside when it was learned his wife made a contribution to Dougherty's primary campaign last May that exceeded Morristown's pay-to-play ordinance.
